This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Hearthstone Chimney Co. through its website located at chimneysweepsmithtown.com (the Site). Hearthstone Chimney Co. operates as a home-service marketing and referral company: it advertises home-improvement and related services, accepts service requests submitted through the Site, and routes those requests to independent local businesses that quote and perform the requested work. Hearthstone Chimney Co. does not itself perform any home-service work.
This Policy applies to any person who visits the Site, submits a contact or quote-request form, initiates a chat, or otherwise provides information through chimneysweepsmithtown.com. By using the Site or submitting a service request, a visitor acknowledges that they have read this Policy and agree to the practices described herein. Text message (SMS) communications

Opting out of text messages will stop SMS communications from Hearthstone Chimney Co., but it will not automatically stop all contact related to an open service request unless the visitor separately requests that. How and with whom information is shared
